By accessing neurowarelabs.com or purchasing products from Neuroware Labs (operated by Inversiones Zenteno SpA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Digital Products & Commercial License

Nature of Goods: Neuroware Labs provides generative AI prompt architectures, node workflows, educational guides, and digital creative assets ("Alpha Suite").

Grant of License: Upon purchase of the Pro package with Commercial License, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the prompt frameworks to generate and monetize end-result media (videos, renders, client assets).

Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing the raw prompt blocks, node architecture files, or guides as standalone digital products or competing toolkits.

2. Payments & Merchant of Record

All financial transactions on neurowarelabs.com are facilitated and billed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles global digital sales tax (VAT, GST) calculation, billing security, and invoice generation.

3. Refund Policy (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our prompt architecture:

If you are unable to generate high-resolution cinematic AI renders using our documented workflows, you may request a 100% refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

To initiate a refund, contact contact@neurowarelabs.com with your order confirmation number.

Upon issuance of a refund, your access to the private Discord community, digital Notion hubs, and future workflow updates will be terminated immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary prompt structures, branding, design templates, documentation, and website assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Inversiones Zenteno SpA / Neuroware Labs.

5. Community Guidelines (Discord Access)

Access to our private Discord server is subject to professional conduct. We reserve the right to revoke community access without refund for harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Neuroware Labs provides digital frameworks "as is." Generative AI outputs depend on third-party AI platforms (such as Midjourney or Runway). We do not guarantee continuous uptime of third-party platforms or specific algorithmic output consistency. In no event shall Neuroware Labs be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our assets.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
